Job Objective:
To achieve annual sales targets by sourcing, identifying, developing, and closing prospects based on the assigned brand, industry, and/or area.
Qualifications:
College graduate of any 4-year course.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Professional selling skills, account sourcing, and presentation skills.
Customer-focused, team-oriented, and emotionally stable.
Strong time management, itinerary planning, and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge: Learn product applications, market landscape, and industry trends.
Account Sourcing: Perform data gathering and cold canvassing for prospects.
Product Demos: Conduct product demonstrations highlighting features and benefits.
Proposal Preparation: Recommend solutions, prepare proposals, and submit necessary documents.
Negotiation: Follow through on negotiations, address concerns, and confirm delivery timelines.
Credit Application: Apply for prospect credit lines and monitor application status.
Delivery Coordination: Inform Sales Coordinator about delivery, installation, and training arrangements.
Government Biddings: Monitor Electronic Procurement Systems for government bids.
Reporting: Submit itinerary reports, sales forecasts, and industry updates.
Customer Relationship: Maintain strong relationships with customers and respond to inquiries.
Competitor Monitoring: Report competitor activities and identify business opportunities.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics.
Work Relationships:
Internal: Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, Sales Administration, Credit and Collection, Demand Planner, and Finance & Accounting teams.
External: Engage with customers and prospects.
Authority:
Recommendatory authority for sales strategies and customer solutions.
