Job Description
-Understand client staffing needs.
-Create and post job ads.
-Source and contact potential candidates.
-Review resumes and applications.
-Conduct initial interviews.
-Schedule and coordinate interviews.
-Maintain candidate records.
-Build a network of candidates.
-Ensure compliance with recruitment standards.
-Experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-Familiarity with resume databases and ATS.
-Knowledge of hiring processes and interview formats.
-Understanding of labor laws and market trends.
Qualification:
-1 year of experience in the recruitment
-Bachelors of Human Resource or Psychology Degree holder
-Excellent written and verbal communication.
