Recruitment & Hiring:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial assessments.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide support in candidate selection.
Facilitate pre-employment requirements, background checks, and onboarding processes for new hires.
Timekeeping & Attendance Management:

Monitor and maintain accurate employee attendance records.
Process and validate daily time records, leaves, and overtime requests.
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding work hours, tardiness, and absences.
Prepare attendance reports for payroll preparation.
Purchasing & Office Supplies Management:

Handle procurement of company-related supplies, equipment, and materials.
Source and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing.
Maintain inventory and monitor usage of office and supplies.
Process purchase requests and ensure proper documentation
Job Qualification

Graduate of bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource or any business-related course
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Good in time management and handling priorities
Can work with minimum supervision
Capable of achieving deadlines and must have a can-do attitude
Preferably with 1 – 2 years recruitment experience
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and highly organized
With a high level of integrity and strong interpersonal skills
