Job Description
Source and recruit top technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for technical positions, such as software developers, engineers, and IT professionals.
Conduct interviews and assess technical skills to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the recruitment process from initial sourcing through offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Utilize recruitment tools and software, such as applicant tracking systems, to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve IT recruitment strategies and techniques.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or relevant experience.
2+ years of experience in technical IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of technical skills, including programming languages, database systems, and network technologies.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for IT recruitment and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
Willingness to work on hybrid set up
