Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced US Corporate Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in US corporate recruitment and a strong background in end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly in high-volume hiring. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding candidates.
Volume Hiring: Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely placement of qualified candidates.
Sourcing Strategies: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and ATS systems, to attract top-tier talent.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities align with US labor laws and company policies.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in US recruitment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in US corporate recruitment, with a proven track record in volume hiring.
Expertise in end-to-end US recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of US employment laws and hiring regulations is a plus.
Salary:
50.000,00 ₱ Monthly
