Job Description
Has a proven 3 to 5 years of work experience.
Strong leadership skills, with a high level of Integrity
Analytical and excellent in decision making
Can lead & oversee the HR & Admin operations, end to end of recruitment & selection process.
Can assess, develop & recommend appropriate training programs needed by the employees.
Can handle employee relations and execution of labor practice and compliance
Must be knowledgeable in processing permits from LGU agencies
Amenable to work in Valenzuela City
Can start immediately.
