Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage the recruitment process
- Conduct interviews of applicants once screened by the HR Recruitment Supervisor, review posted roles, and review reports made by the recruitment staff
- Ensures accuracy of compensation and benefits reports for bi-monthly salary releasing and government remittances for loans, contributions and other benefits
- Oversee the preparation and review of salary adjustments and/or allowance computations for employees, and the last pay of resigned employees in coordination with the Finance Department
- Oversee the coordination and organization of company events, employee training sessions and maintain training and events records
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions (drafting and serving of Notice to Explain memorandums) and terminations if any
- Prepare HR and administrative reports monthly or as required
- Updating of all HR and admin-related master lists and databases (i.e. HMO, employee master list, others)
- Ensures the preparation and submission of regulatory compliance reports (i.e. DOLE 174, 13th month report, Business Permit, etc.)
- Draft and serve general memorandums and announcements to employees
- Monitor and coordinate with the departments on employee performance appraisal and coordinate with them for training needs and developmental programs
- Handle employee relationship management such as assisting employees with concerns
- Oversee the day-to-day operations in the office and general upkeep of the back office

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or a related field
- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office systems
