JOB DESCRIPTION
The HR Officer is primarily responsible for end to end recruitment, employee relations, performance management and implementation of company policies. General admin or office management is also part of the scope of work. We also expect a person with keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth operations within the team.

Key Responsibilities

As HR Officer you will be responsible for the following:

-Record Management: Update and maintain employee records and files in the HRIS system accurately.
-Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing necessary documentation.
-Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate new hire orientation, prepare onboarding materials, and support exit procedures as needed.
-Administrative Tasks: Prepare HR correspondence, reports, and assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
-Employee Support: Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance to employees.
-Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all HR documents are processed in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field
1+ years’ experience in the related field
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Experience working in retail industries is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and have the flexibility to work on changing priorities
Knowledgeable in relevant labor, health and safety laws.
Salary:
₱17,000.00 Monthly
