Job Description

Job Requirements:

Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Management or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Liaison Officer / Administrative Staff.
Experienced in filing government mandated filings and documentations and bank transactions.
Liaising with different departments and stakeholders to address departmental needs.
Project Management; Knowledgeable on Basic Control/Risk Management.
Basic Information Security, Basic Troubleshooting, Data and Office Management.
Knowledgeable with office software, including word processing, spreadsheet.
Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Excellent record-keeping skills and keen attention to details.
Detailed-oriented and meticulous, able to multitask.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Willing to accept rotational shift / weekend work depending on the needs of the business.
Willing to support / be on standby over the weekend.
Good to have: Motorcycle and with a good record of driver’s license.
