Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Building Administrator Assistant to manage our front office operations and provide administrative support. This role requires a friendly and welcoming demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various administrative tasks and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Reception Duties:
o Greet visitors and answer incoming calls, directing them appropriately.
o Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
o Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
o Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
o Provide general administrative support to the office staff.

• Building Administration:
o Oversee building maintenance and repairs, coordinating with contractors as needed.
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and order replacements as necessary.
o Ensure the security of the building and report any issues promptly.
o Assist with event planning and coordination.
o Manage building access and security systems.

• Administrative Support:
o Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
o Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
o Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
o Provide support to other departments as requested.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Experience with building maintenance and security systems is a plus.
Salary:
₱16,000.00 Monthly
