Job Description
Monitoring of Sales Orders:
Checking of Operations Tracker.
Providing list of priorities to Operations Department.
Updating Sales team regarding the status of their Sales Orders (SOs).
Verifying Unserved Items:
Confirming and assuring if unserved items were truly unavailable.
Checking the system and procurement replenishment list.
Returning SOs to Operations if stock is available.
Returning SOs to Sales if the items were not ordered from Procurement.
Sales Order Approval:
Forwarding of Sales Orders to the Accounting Department for processing of invoices.
Call Tracker:
Provide support to the Business Support leader in managing Sales Call Tracker.
Performed other assigned duties.
