Job Description
2. Responsible to develop, promote, improve and secure market potentials in his assigned service line in accordance to his area of concern.
3. Achievement of assigned sales goal through customer contacts:
• Personal visit/inspection at prospective customer’s premises.
• Personalized handling of customer’s inquiry.
4. Prepares and submit proposals and quotations.
5. Prepare and submit Daily Performance and Monthly Sales Reports.
6. Review and ensure that all Service contracts are properly endorse to Operations and Accounting Group.
7. Effectively cultivate and navigate relationships within the organization to ensure complete and thorough communications and completion of work assignments.
8. Devise the appropriate vehicles for collecting, updating, and disseminating the data.
9. Create and update media kits & other sales collateral.
10. Interaction with both existing agencies and direct client business.
11. Maintain account lists, client database and sales contract book.
12. Filing, promotion coordination and other duties to support all sales department efforts, as assigned.
13. Assist on preparing and sending proposals.
14. Documenting new project inquiries from new and current clients.
15. Performing any other sales support functions as necessary.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Previous sales support experience is a plus.
