Job Description
TASQ is looking for an on-site Workforce Manager (WFM Manager) to join our team in Pasay. This role requires immediate availability, and the screening interview will be conducted over the phone.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
8 years of experience in the BPO industry
3-4 years of experience as a Workforce Manager
Proficient in Erlang/OCC tools
Preferably has experience in an insurance campaign
Compensation Package:
Salary range: ₱75,000 - ₱100,000, based on experience
