Job Description
Work Location: Mandaluyong City
Work Schedule: Midshift/Weekends Off
Salary: Negotiable depending on years of working experience
Work Set Up: Work on Site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree/Masters Degree holder.
At least 8 years of Workforce Management Experience.
Has at least 5 years experience in leadership role
Open for candidates with BPO and Non-BPO working experience.
Amenable to work on site.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversight of the WFM budget and cost structure
Assist the Command Center leads with sales and answers. They are also in charge of supporting the sales process by helping to create quotations, sales materials, tours, and demos.
In charge of searching for ways to add more contracts to the WFM service offering.
In charge of fulfilling all agreements and SLAs
Put your attention on lowering the cost of service and searching for ways to grow the shared services model.
Encourage industrialization for all contracts.
