What is your mission?


Strategic Analytics Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive analytics strategies for WFMaaS clients
Client Analytics Portfolio Management: Design and implement scalable analytics frameworks for diverse client requirements
Advanced Analytics Implementation: Architect and implement sophisticated analytical models for workforce optimization
Stakeholder Management and Communication: Present complex analytical insights to C-level stakeholders and clients
Performance Analytics and Innovation: Lead the analysis of cross-LOB workforce trends and patterns
Innovation and Technology Leadership: Spearhead the adoption of emerging analytics technologies and methodologies
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?


Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, or demonstrate equivalent professional experience in analytics
5+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 1 year of team lead or project management experience
Strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning and predictive modeling. Proficiency in ETL, analytics tools and programming language (e.g., ER, Python, SQL, Alteryx, Knime, etc.)
Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, D3.js)
Experience working with business intelligence tools and analytics platforms. Strong foundational knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization
Ability to communicate analytical insights to business stakeholders
Willing to work onsite on night shift
