Sales Manager

1. Manage Sales target of the company by developing a business plan and sales strategy;
2. Track sales goal accomplishment and prepare regular reports to the management;
3. Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team;
4. Performs inventory audit of all items and reorder if needed;
5. Stay updated on the market trends and competition;
6. Coordinate with the marketing on lead generation;
7. Develop sales team through motivation , counseling, and product knowledge;
8. promote products through various media platform.
9. Understand ideal customers and how they relate to the products.
10. Performs Telemarketing and set appointment with the prospective clients through F2F or virtual meeting;
11. Maintain and improve performance of existing corporate accounts;
12. Accomplish task given by the management;
13. Saturate prospective markets toa achieve sales target;
* Prepare proposal for the company that will be
visited
* Conduct product presentation and demo, give
complete information about the products and
services;
* Prepare sales contract
* Make regular visits and follow ups to potential
clients
14. Monitor performance of Technical Support team.

Qualifications:
1. Graduate of any four (4) year business course
2. With at least three (3) years of experience in similar industry;
3. Technically knowledgeable in printer industry and consumables;
4. With Management and supervision experience of at least five (5) years
5. Experience in online selling of at least three (3) years
6. Must be personable with above average communication skills.
