Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Identify and analyze market opportunities to develop innovative product strategies.
-Lead and oversee the Stage-Gate Process, ensuring timely execution of innovation initiatives.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations) to drive new product development.
-Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products.
-Ensure alignment of innovation strategies with overall business objectives and market trends.
-Monitor and evaluate the success of innovation projects, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
-At least 6 years of experience in the FMCG industry
-Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
-Skilled in project management and new product development
-Amenable to work in Oritgas
