Job Description

Responsible for growing and managing a brand’s performance. They create marketing strategies, plan promotions, and ensure the brand stays competitive in the market.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand performance and market positioning.
-Drive brand growth through innovative campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
-Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
-Manage brand budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
-Oversee end-to-end project management, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and supply chain, to align brand initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.
-At least 3 years of solid marketing experience in an FMCG company or a similar industry.
-Proven track record in successfully launching or growing a brand.
-Strong strategic thinking and thought leadership skills.
-Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
-Amenable to work in Ortigas
