Job Description

Functions:
● Developing and executing strategies to increase franchise profitability.
● Monitoring and analyzing franchise performance metrics.
● Providing guidance and support to franchisees on operational issues.
● Implementing marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
● Ensuring consistent implementation of brand standards across all franchises.
● Participate in the brand planning process for the brand and own key sections of the plan
● Manage components of co-promote alliance and work directly with counterparts
● Lead a portfolio of new product commercialization and graphics projects through the new product development process from Define to Post-launch
● Manage cross-functional teams, which may include Research & Development, Marketing, Sales, Packaging, Operations, Purchasing, Regulatory, Finance, and Planning
● Develop an in-depth understanding of assigned franchise, associated technologies and supply chain to ensure sound decision making from project chartering, through design and development, resulting in market successful products and reliable, cost-effective supply

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, MBA, Management, Education, Finance, Accounting, Business/Administration, Economics, Science
● With at least 2-5 years proven experience in franchise management or a related field.
● Willing to work on-site in Makati City from Monday to Friday
● Excellent leadership and communication skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Understanding of business operations and financial management.
● Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships.
