Job Description

Conduct thorough market research and analysis of current industry trends and competitive landscape in the food and non-food raw materials sector.
Identify and analyze new market players within the Food, and Non-Food industries.
Identify and manage top accounts within the Food and Non-Food industries, ensuring alignment with the company’s product portfolio.
Design and execute customer surveys to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and improve service offerings.
Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with current and prospective customers.
Monitor trends, industry discussions, and competitor activities across digital platforms, providing insights that contribute to brand positioning and product development

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the raw materials, industrial products, or manufacturing sectors.
Proven track records of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that result in increased sales and market shares.
Experience in digital marketing tools, social media management, content creation, and SEO/ SEM strategies.
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, customer relationship management (CRM), and lead- generation techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior leadership.
