Customer Service Officer Federal Land Manila

Federal Land, a leading real estate developer, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team in Manila. The ideal candidate will maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries and requests.

Document Review: Conduct final reviews of submitted documents and system data for completeness and accuracy before printing Contracts to Sell (CTS).

Information Management: Approve changes or updates to client information based on supporting documentation.

Transaction Approval: Authorize lease-to-own conversions and payment transfers within the same customer number.

Feedback Provision: Provide relevant and regular feedback to customers, Project Leads, and Functional Leads.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Graduate of any 4-year course.

Experience: Prior experience in customer service roles is advantageous.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in customer service software.

Attributes: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary Range: ₱20,000 - ₱28,000 per month.
