Federal Land – Makati

Federal Land, a trusted leader in the real estate industry, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to provide strategic direction and ensure consistent, effective customer service for assigned projects. If you excel at managing client relationships and resolving concerns while delivering exceptional service, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction for consistent and effective customer service across assigned projects, as approved by senior management.
Minimize the escalation of issues and conduct project-related risk assessments.
Meet with high-value clients and/or clients endorsed by senior management to address concerns and build strong, positive business relationships.
Coordinate with banks to address buyer financing requirements and resolve buyer concerns.
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of any 4-year course (relevant fields such as Business Administration, Customer Relations, or Project Management are an advantage).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
Experience in customer service management or a related field is preferred.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
