Customer Service Officer Federal Land Makati

Federal Land, a premier real estate developer, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team in Makati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring adherence to company policies, and managing customer-related documentation and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.

Documentation Review: Conduct final reviews of submitted documents and system data for completeness and accuracy prior to Contract-to-Sell (CTS) printing.

Information Updates: Approve changes or updates to client information based on supporting documentation.

Lease-to-Own Conversions: Approve lease-to-own conversions, ensuring all criteria are met.

Payment Transfers: Authorize transfer of payments within the same customer number as required.

Inquiry Response: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries and requests.

Feedback Provision: Provide relevant and regular feedback to customers, as well as to Project Leads and Functional Leads.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Graduate of any 4-year course.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the real estate industry.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; attention to detail; proficiency in relevant software applications.

Attributes: Professional demeanor, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining positive client relationships.
