Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution: Lead the end-to-end development of vertical high-rise projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timely delivery.
Strategic Direction: Provide strategic guidance for consistent and effective customer service across assigned projects, minimizing escalations and conducting project-related risk assessments.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with high-value clients and senior management to address concerns, build positive business relationships, and meet buyer financing requirements.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Graduate of any 4-year course; degrees in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields are preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project development management, with a focus on high-rise developments.
Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management abilities.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills.
