Federal Land, a leading real estate developer, is seeking a proactive Site Officer to manage the efficient operations and upkeep of our project showroom, ensuring it aligns with the project's branding and provides an exceptional experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Showroom Management: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the project showroom, ensuring all facilities and equipment are in optimal condition and reflect the project's branding standards.

Personnel Oversight: Ensure the prompt attendance, proper attire, and professional decorum of sales personnel assigned to the showroom.

Client Engagement: Deliver professional project presentations to clients in the absence of a sales officer or when additional support is needed.

Reporting: Develop daily and monthly reports detailing showroom activities, customer flow, lead-to-sales conversions, and event facilitation.

Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to address maintenance or security requirements, enhance model units, and manage marketing collaterals for display or sales support.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Graduate of any 4-year course.

Experience: Prior experience in showroom management, sales, or customer service is advantageous.

Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Attributes: Proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
