Recruitment Manager - Makati/ UP TO 150K Monthly

- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets and maintain high performance.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strengthen the organization’s employer brand through innovative campaigns and engagement initiatives.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- With at least 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, with a focus on technical roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling placement teams.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skillsets, and industry-specific terminology.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with stakeholders.
- Understanding of industry trends, labor market dynamics, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and candidates.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or HR Information Systems (HRIS) is preferred.
- Experience in acquiring employees with IT background is preferred

- This position will be working with global organization of independent professional services firms.

Working Set-up: Hybrid
