Job Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR functions related to recruitment, training, performance management, and compliance for employees across various departments. The role involves ensuring efficient workforce planning, promoting employee engagement, and maintaining a productive and harmonious work environment tailored to the organization's needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage HR-related documentation, contracts, and policies.
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, including employee events, recognition programs, and internal communications.
- Oversee the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees for various roles across the organization.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Provide guidance on employee behavior, compliance with company policies, and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Establish clear performance expectations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Handle confidential information and personal data in accordance with data protection laws.
- Manage employee schedules, monitor attendance, address absenteeism, and process leave requests effectively.
- Ensure staffing levels meet operational requirements and that new employees are onboarded smoothly.
- Support the implementation of workplace safety programs and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Conduct investigations into workplace incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as required to support HR functions and organizational objectives.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage workforce planning, retention, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with competing priorities in dynamic environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.
- Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
