Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities:
-Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent or resources.
-Build and maintain a strong talent or resource pipeline to meet current and future organizational needs.
-Partner with recruitment teams, hiring managers, or procurement teams to understand needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
-Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
-Track and analyze sourcing metrics, including cost-per-hire, time-to-fill, and candidate quality.

Required Skills:
-Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
-7 to 10+ experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, with a strong focus on sourcing of technical roles preferably in Auditing Firm. (e.g., Solutions Architect, IT Audit, Digital Transformation, IT professionals)
-Strong expertise in Boolean search techniques, advanced knowledge on sourcing methods methodologies, tools, and technologies.
-Ability to develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with business objectives.
-Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or HR Information Systems (HRIS) is preferred.
-Experience in acquiring employees with IT background is preferred.
-Demonstrate record of exceeding goals in cost savings and supplier performance.
-Strength in building relationships and strategic alliances; creates the right environment for teamwork.”

This position will be working with global organization of independent professional services firms.

Working Set-up: Hybrid
Mondays to Fridays.
