Job Description

We are actively looking for an HR & Admin Services Manager to lead and direct the HR & Admin team to enable them to deliver a comprehensive service to the business. Who oversees all aspects of Human Resource practices and processes, supports business needs, and ensures proper implementation of Company strategy and objectives.

The goal is to promote Corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employee engagement, talent management, and facilities/property management services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Oversee and manage a performance management system that drives high performance.
Maintains pay plan and benefits program.
Manages HR and Admin budget and ensures that all expenses are in accordance with the limit as approved by the management.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor development programs
Reports to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensures legal compliance throughout human resource management
Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems
Improves administrative programs and service quality by devising new applications and procedures update
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

General Specification

Education :

Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent (Psychology,
Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science)
Preferably with Post Graduate Diploma and/or Continuing

Education Certificate

Specialized Skills :

Act as a change agent in the organization
Excellent communication skills honed in business partnering / advisory roles
Strong understanding of Philippine Labor Law and government mandates
Professional and commercial approach to HR, with the ability to deliver high employee satisfaction

Experience :
More than10 years of working experience in Human Resources and Admin with at least 3 years on a Management level
