Job Description
-Has 2 years or more of Helpdesk support or related experience.
-With good communications and interpersonal skills
-Interact with customers to provide process and response to inquiries
-Gather information and determine the issues by evaluating and analyzing symptoms
-Accurately process record call transaction through designated tracking
-Candidate must be amenable to work onsite in Makati
