Job Description
- Provide first-level IT support to resolve technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
- Assist with account creation, password resets, and access management.
- Document and track issues in the ticketing system for efficient resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in shifting schedules.
- Must be available to work onsite in Ortigas, Makati, or Taguig.
