Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with SAP B1 or SAP DMS
Strong background in:
Hardware & Software Troubleshooting
Software Installation, Upgrades & Configuration
Networking (LAN/WAN), Cabling
Helpdesk Ticketing Systems
SAP Support
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st level support via phone, email, and onsite visits:
Troubleshoot basic software, hardware, and network issues
Assist users with SAP-related concerns
Maintain and monitor daily IT operations
Perform 2nd level SAP support:
Handle application-level issues and configuration changes
Support SAP DMS and other client systems
Log and track support tickets until resolution
Deliver updates, reports, and training on system changes
Coordinate with vendors or escalation teams when needed
Ensure timely acknowledgment and resolution of service requests
