Job Opening: Operations Manager – Healthcare Account (BPO)
Location: Onsite in Ortigas | Night Shift
Salary: PHP 100,000 - PHP 140,000 (based on previous salary)

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage operations for a healthcare account in a BPO setting. If you have solid experience in the healthcare industry within a BPO environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee the daily operations of the healthcare account.
* Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.
* Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team.
* Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies and meet business goals.
* Handle client relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Monitor and report on KPIs and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
* Must have solid experience as an Operations Manager in a healthcare account in BPO.
