Warehouse Manager

 Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary goal — by supervising,
organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals
 Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory,
gate processes, and shipping methods
 Ensure that the Inventory is reconciled actual and document report
 Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
 Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
 Manage and Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to delivery of good at the stores
 Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
 Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service
 Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal
regulations
 Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention
 Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
 Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and
air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages
 Supervise daily warehouse activities, including inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and
customer service
 Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow andquality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
 Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention
 Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and
air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages

Required skills and qualifications
 Graduate of Business related Course/ diploma or equivalent
 Must have minimum experience of 5 year in Warehouse in Managerial capacity preferably in Food industry or similar industries
 Must have experience in managing large size of Cold and Dry
Storage
 Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
 Must have knowledge in ERP, FIFO-FEFO, Inventory Management
 Highly organized and has good planning skills in anticipating high and low demand of service deliveries of the department
 Foresight on system improvement
 Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
 Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
 Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal

Preferred skills and qualifications
 Above average communication skills in English and Tagalog
 Has good Interpersonal relationship skills
 Can leverage with all types of people in the Company
 Above average in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

SALARY RANGE: Php 60k-75K
WORK LOCATIONS: Makati City
WORK SCHEDULE: 6 days/week
