Job Description

Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers providing support to meet hiring goals. Be an effective business partner who quickly understands the business goals, hiring needs, and position requirements
Proactively source candidates through active networking, resume database searching, internet mining, social media, professional associations, cold calling, placing advertisements, and creative sourcing methods
Establish and maintain candidate database of pre-qualified candidates to meet current and anticipated business needs
Evaluate each candidate’s experience and skill set for abilities and qualifications for each position
Coordinate Hiring Manager debrief sessions and the selection/offer process
Utilize Applicant Tracking System (Taleo TBE) to manage searches and the recruiting process – Entering/Updating requisitions and resumes; Sourcing, Profiling, and Matching Candidates; Tracking and updating candidate dispositions; Maintaining integrity of data; prepare recruiting related reports
Ensure compliance in the Recruiting/Hiring process with laws and regulations, including EEO and AAP compliance
Coordinate and provide timely feedback to all candidates that supports a positive candidate experience
Interface directly with company management to ensure recruiting needs are fulfilled and communicate progress on recruiting goals and objectives
