Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Computer proficient (MS Office)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detailed oriented. Good interpersonal skills
With driver's license and can do field work
Can work in Makati.

Job Responsibilities:
The Liaison Officer contributes to the growth and profitability of providing liaison services with various government agencies/bank or financial institution relative to secure of permits, licenses, clearances and other related activities. Facilitates timely processing of company’s business permits including branches, license rfor compliance and other significant documents required for business operations (Mayor’s office, DOLE, NLRC, SSS, BIR, HDMF, PHIC, SEC & other gov't agencies)
Drafts and/or assists in the preparation of legal documents such as contracts, deeds and other pertinent documents, bidding and accreditation documents (Sales, Supplies Department and other branches)
Ensures complete validation and reviews all pertinent documents to be submitted to third parties (government agencies, clients and others)
Ensures compliance with the policies and procedures enforced by various government agencies and other offices in connection with submission and processing of documents and any updates thereon.
Compiles reports about particular incidents, events, or updates about important issues for the company.
Proactively solves conflicts and addresses issues that could occur between the company and the other entity.
Establishes positive relationship or maintains rapport with clients, government agencies or third parties to ensure that there is a continuous harmonious relationship between the parties and to have minimal work disruption.
Upholds the culture and values of the company in all dealings and transactions.
Coordinates with both internal and external clients relative to the facilitation of the completion of the transactions as well as monitoring and requesting for completed and ongoing contracts for bidding requirements.
Answers and prepares accreditation documents (emailed, online and hard copy).
Monitors and requests documents for on-going contracts and completed contracts.
Requesting of petty cash for bid documents and accreditation payment.
Requests, records and conducts follow-up of performance and bid bond.
Safeguards all documents entrusted to his possession.
Performs other tasks assigned to him by immediate superior from time to time.
