Job Description

Responsibilities include:
• Management of day-to-day operations and process flow
• Management of blue-collar line staff
• Ensuring compliance to standards (e.g. service process & output, chemical usage quantities)
• Contributing to the achievement of company sales targets
• Daily on-site interface and interaction with clients and customers
• Updating and corresponding with clients regarding the work on their vehicles
• Ensuring topnotch service quality and exceptional customer experience
• Handling of Special Projects as assigned or directed (e.g. participation in car shows or other events)

Qualifications:
• At least 28 years old, male
• Preferably a college graduate of Business, Management, Automotive or any similar course
• With at least 2 - 3 years experience preferably in automotive work or in a related job/industry
• General knowledge about automobiles
• Preferably with knowledge in proper auto detailing and carwash (at least basic)
• Loves cars or has some affinity with automobiles
• With at least 2 years supervisory experience – directly handling blue-collar frontline staff
• Computer-literate – basic Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledgeable in basic internet use – E-mail, Search, Social Media
• Proficient in both basic conversational Filipino and English
• Knows how to drive (preferably manual and automatic), with valid Driver’s License

Compensation Plan:
Salary - probationary period: Php16,000 a month
Salary - when regularized: Php 21,000 a month
Additional Allowance: Php1,000 a month (when regularized or as directed by management)
Sales Incentive: 1.50% of total specified minimum sales target

Requirements:
• In-person, face to face interview

Salary:
21.000,00 ₱ Monthly
