Job Description
• Supervises the Kitchen Staff including the waiter in their day-to-day responsibility.
• Monitoring the order and cleanliness of the Company’s Penthouse.
• Manages the inventory of kitchen equipment and ingredients.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary, Hotel Restaurant Management, or any relevant field.
• A minimum of 2 years experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
