Job Description

Disposing of kitchen garbage
Conducts deep cleaning according to protocols
Remove waste
Restock supplies for servers and cooks
Adhere to all sanitation guidelines
Clean and polish cookware and surfaces
Cleaning equipment
Operate the dishwashing
Assisting with unloading and storing stock
Check all chemical levels and inventory
Cleaning and arranging tables
Other duties as assigned
Placing and replacing silverware as needed
Sweeping and mopping floors
