Job Description

Job title: Human Resources Manager - Labor Relation

Qualifications:
· Expert in ER/LR, DOLE matters, Employment Law, Legal Assistance
· Should be a Lawyer by profession
· Experience in the BPO industry
·Should have at least 3-4 years in BPO as an HR Labor Relation

The role will be responsible for:
· Investigation, resolution, prevention, interpretation of various ER problems
· In depth review of ER related policy and procedure, labor law legislation, DOLE compliance
· Recommends appropriate course of action regarding discipline and termination of individual
· Will attend all legal hearings and represent the organization in SENA, DOLE, NLRC
· Will handle disciplinary actions in compliance with the due process clause. This is from the drafting of notice to explain, to issuance, hearing proper, recommendation writing, and up to the issuance of notice of resolution/termination.
· Maintenance of database of disciplinary cases and actions
· Education and awareness of COC and prevention of disciplinary cases
· Policy reviews and updates according to the applicable law
