Job Description
As the business and team grow, we are in need of a full-time WFH Human Resources Manager to make sure that we can properly acquire and maintain the right talent.
We’re on the lookout for a driven and strategic HR Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. This role is 70% focused on end-to-end recruitment, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and securing top talent for technical, art, and creative roles.
The remaining 30% involves key HR functions—including payroll processing, compliance, employee engagement, and continuous process improvement—to help build and maintain a strong, people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment – 70%
Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and align recruitment strategies across departments.
Source candidates through various channels such as Indeed, JobStreet, and professional networks, with a focus on art creative and technical roles.
Create and update compelling job descriptions and interview guides tailored to each role.
Screen and evaluate candidates' CVs, portfolios, and references to identify top talent.
Conduct initial interviews via Google Meet, and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
Maintain detailed recruitment records, including interview feedback and status updates.
Track hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) to optimize the recruitment process.
Train and support hiring managers on effective interview and selection techniques.
Key Responsibilities: HR Functions – 30%
Payroll & Compliance:
Handle monthly payroll processing and releasing in coordination with Finance.
Collaborate with the external bookkeeper for tax annualization and government reporting.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Onboarding & Development:
Facilitate onboarding and new hire integration, including 30-, 60-, and 90-day check-ins.
Identify training needs and assist in coordinating development programs and leadership training.
Support career development planning in collaboration with department leads.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Assist with employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Monitor employee engagement and retention through surveys and regular feedback loops.
Conduct monthly General Assembly meetings to update and engage all employees.
Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Culture & Organization:
Support compensation and benefits administration.
Participate in organizational culture-building and change management initiatives.
Requirements:
A stable internet connection and access to a desktop or laptop for remote work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role—HR Manager, Recruitment Specialist.
Strong background in end-to-end recruitment, particularly for creative, technical, or niche roles.
Hands-on experience using major job platforms such as Indeed, JobStreet, and LinkedIn.
Skilled in talent sourcing through social media and professional channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
A sincere interest in art, calligraphy, and stationery, aligning with our brand values and creative culture.
A natural team player who can collaborate effectively across departments.
Exceptionally organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting daily, weekly, and KPI-driven targets.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.

HR Recruitment background is a strong advantage.

Compensation:
Trial period: P21,000 - P23,000 per month
After trial period: P25,000 - P28,000 per month
