Job Description
Develop and execute strategies for student job placement after bootcamp graduation;
Identify, create, and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners;
Craft pitches and present them to potential clients;
Set goals for a team of business developers to contribute to the overall business objectives;
Create business development standards and ensure compliance within the team; and
Oversee partnership contracts and coordinate with various departments to ensure that commitments are met and all clauses are properly enforced.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a sales-related field;
Minimum of 3 years experience working in business development, sales, or similarly natured roles, on a managerial level
Experience in building teams and fostering talent; knows how to set and maintain a culture of learning, competence, and purpose;
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Filipino);
Logical, accurate, and detail-oriented with great organizational and leadership abilities
