Job Description
1.Providing support to EPP Business Development Manager by assisting in pre and post-sale customer inquiries, onboarding requirements, preparing quotes and pricing (as approved and aligned with Sales BD), and ensures timely communication with
prospects and existing partners (consistent follow through & maintain contact with prospects)
2. Be a central point of contact within the quotation function and provide regular SMB-related updates to internal Sales team
*Communicate and align with Sales BD in all pricing quotations and product-related concerns
*Ensures all quotations are accurate and well-received by the partner or client
*Able to handle incoming inquiries or concerns from the customer and work within response time SLA (quick reactions
and timely responses for a positive customer experience)
*Assist in overall SMB customer journey until delivery
3. Receive clients’ requests or inquiries and ensure timely follow ups while maintaining accurate records of all conversations
and transactions
Skills and Experience:
-Self-motivated and assertive team-player
-Ability to provide administrative support for online sales group
-Ability to negotiate with clients, establish rapport, present information and respond to questions/inquiries
Qualifications :
-Graduate of any course related to Advertising / Marketing / AB Mass Communication
-1-2yrs of experience as B2B Coordinator
-Have good communication skills written and oral.
-Have experience in doing client presentations.
-Proficient in communicating in English.
-Has good interpersonal skills as role will require coordination internally within the client
-Have experience doing telemarketing or has worked in BPO handling sales and/or customer service.
-Adept in using ms office applications - ms word, excel and powerpoint
-Must have pleasing, friendly and cheerful personality
