Job Description
Maintain and update attendance records and timesheets
Coordinate with site supervisors regarding time logs and shift schedules
Process and validate leave applications, overtime, and undertime
Assist in the preparation of payroll-related reports
Ensure proper documentation and filing of timekeeping records
Perform general administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Graduate of any business-related course
With at least 1 year of experience in timekeeping, payroll support, or admin roles (preferably in a construction or engineering company)
Familiarity with timekeeping systems or attendance software is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Can start immediately or with short notice is preferred
