Job Description

Are you a creative communicator with a passion for client interaction and digital platforms? Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Specialist!

What You’ll Do:

- Be the bridge between clients and creative teams—gather info, clarify needs, and manage timelines.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Use tools like Adobe Photoshop for reviewing creative/raw materials before endorsing them to the Production Team.
- Track project revisions and ensure timely, high-quality output.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2+ years of BPO customer service experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing products or Print Media
- At least 1 year of experience with Adobe Photoshop is required!
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Client-facing experience and ability to work night shift.
