Remote Staff, in partnership with JobsAvenuePH, is seeking a skilled Travel Specialist to join our team. This is a 100% work-from-home position, offering you the flexibility to manage your time efficiently and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls for travel assistance and make outgoing calls for follow-ups, confirmations, and promotions.
Identify and pursue sales opportunities, offering additional travel products and services.
Manage flight changes, cancellations, and re-bookings, providing accurate travel itineraries.
Provide relevant information regarding flights, tours, accommodation, transport, travel insurance, travel dates, and costs.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues while maintaining a positive attitude towards customers.
Qualifications:

Experience in airline ticketing and booking.
Proficient in Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS).
Strong sales skills with a proven track record.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
Great problem-solving skills.
Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
Attention to detail.
Work Setup:

100% Work from Home.
Part-time position, 20 hours a week.
