Job Description
Monthly Salary: ₱16,000 – ₱20,000 (depending on qualifications)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Age: 22–30 years old
• Pleasing personality; height is a plus
• At least 1 year of sales experience (HMO industry experience is a plus)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
• Client acquisition and lead generation
• Product knowledge and promotion
• Sales strategy planning and execution
• Building and maintaining client relationships and account management
• Collaborating with internal teams
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis
• Assisting in training and development initiatives
