Job Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
-22-30 years old
-With pleasing personality; height is a plus
-At least 1 year of sales experience; With experience in HMO industry is a plus. Fresh
graduates are welcome to apply.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks efficiently.
-Strong problem-solving & negotiation skills
-Knowledge in CRM software and sales tracking tools is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
-Client Acquisition and Lead Generation
-Product Knowledge
-Sales Strategy and Execution
-Relationship Building and Account Management
-Team Collaboration
-Market Research and Competitor Analysis
-Training and Development
Monthly Salary: PHP 16,000 – PHP 20,000 (depends on qualifications)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
