Your Role:

As a Sr. Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for conducting business reviews and having expertise in identifying and resolving issues through root cause analysis.

- Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple high-value client accounts across industries
- Lead daily client calls and act as the primary point of contact
- Conduct annual business reviews and present performance insights
- Analyze client issues and lead root cause resolution initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional and global teams to deliver consistent value
- Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen client relationships

What You Need:

Non-negotiables
- 5+ years of client success experience with demonstrated role progression
- Experience in BPO, digital services, creative, media, or similar industries
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
Salary:
₱60,000.00 Monthly
