Job Description

Are you energetic, organized, and passionate about helping people get on the road? Join our team as a Grab Rental Assistant and be part of a dynamic and growing environment that supports drivers with vehicle rentals!

Responsibilities:
• Assist new and existing Grab drivers with rental sign-ups and onboarding
• Manage vehicle assignments and ensure smooth rental operations
• Provide basic customer service and support
• Maintain accurate rental records and reports
• Must know how to drive; a valid driver’s license is a plus
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Responsible, punctual, and self-motivated
• Previous experience in car rentals or the ride-hailing industry is an advantage
• Open to long-term employment
• Willing to be assigned to Tigatto, Davao City
